As an integral part of ���Ĵ�ý’s growing cloud services, Effectual will provide access to their elite team of Modernization Engineers, holding over 200 AWS certifications.

Over the course of the past year, ���Ĵ�ý and Effectual have collaborated on several enterprise AWS Cloud engagements for Fortune 500 brands including leading healthcare providers, financial services, and manufacturing companies. These engagements showcased Effectual’s ability to solve complex business problems creating strong synergy with ���Ĵ�ý, equally known for their commitment to elite consulting and engineering.

���Ĵ�ý entered into a definitive agreement to purchase LaSalle Solutions, a business division of Fifth Third Bank, to further enhance the technology solutions portfolio available to clients of both companies, while also significantly increasing ���Ĵ�ý’s national footprint. The transaction is expected to close in April of 2022.
